All equipment issued by Summit Broadband for use with any Summit Broadband TV, Summit Broadband Internet, and Summit Broadband Voice services remains the property of Summit Broadband. If you're planning on disconnecting or downgrading any Summit Broadband services, you're responsible for returning any leased equipment to Summit Broadband.
Drop Off
You may drop off the Summit Broadband equipment at a Summit Broadband store. Use our Contact Us page to find your nearest Summit Broadband store.
Return By Mail
Visit www.summitbb.com/returns to request an equipment return QR code by email.
You will receive your FedEx QR code within 48-72 hours after submitting the equipment return form. Once you receive the equipment return QR code, bring the equipment and the QR code to your local FedEx Office store location. The FedEx Office representative will scan the QR code and return the equipment to Summit Broadband, at no cost to you.
Unreturned Equipment Fees
If you fail to return all rented or leased equipment to Summit Broadband after you cancel or downgrade your services, an unreturned equipment fee may be charged to your account. This fee will be included in your total account balance.
