Your statement has several time-saving features that make it easier to check your statement, pay your bill, and get on with your day. Below is a sample statement with a guide to indicate the information included in each section. Note that the statement pages have been divided into sections for easier reading and explanation.
Sections of Your Statement

Top of First Page
- Your 8-digit Summit Broadband account number. You will need your account number when calling
customer service or accessing your account online. - Your Invoice Number for this month's statement. This number is provided for accounting purposes.
- This is the statement period that services were billed.
- This is the date that your statement was generated.
- This is a quick at-a-glance summary of your charges for this statement period.
Bottom of First Page
- This area captures any important news related to Summit Broadband or your account.
- Payment must be made in full on or before the due date to avoid late fees.
- Total charges billed in the previous month.
- Your most recent payment amount is listed here.
- Any difference between your previous month charges and the payment received is listed here.
- Total charges from the current month based on account activity.
- Total amount due including any past due charges.
- Reminder that any payments processed after the bill date are not reflected until your next billing statement.
- The fastest and easiest way to make a payment is by logging into My Account at summitbb.com/myaccount. You can also use your mobile phone to scan the QR code and it will take you to My Account.

- The easiest way to process your payment and avoid any late fees is to set up autopay. You can set up autopay on My Account by updating your billing preferences.
- Prefer to pay with cash? Take your bill statement to any of these qualifying retail partners, have them scan the QR code, and you can pay your bill with cash.

Paper vs. Electronic Statements
- The statement format and layout is identical for paper and electronic statements.
- Summit Broadband is unable to deliver paper statements to international addresses. If you have an international billing address, you must access the My Account portal online and download a PDF copy of your statement for printing.
