All equipment issued by Summit Broadband for use with any Summit Broadband TV, Summit Broadband Internet, and Summit Broadband Voice services remains the property of Summit Broadband. If you're planning on disconnecting or downgrading any Summit Broadband services, you're responsible for returning any leased equipment to Summit Broadband.
You may drop off the Summit Broadband equipment at a Summit Broadband store. Use our Contact Us page to find your nearest Summit Broadband store.
Return By Mail
Visit www.summitbb.com/returns to request prepaid equipment return label(s) and box(es). Requests will be fulfilled within 48-72 hours from receipt.
Once you receive your equipment return box(es), simply enclose the equipment you wish to return along with the associated remotes and power cables (keep the HDMI or Ethernet cables; you'll probably need them in the future). Then drop the box(es) off at your local UPS store location. The postage is already paid.
Unreturned Equipment Fees
If you fail to return all rented or leased equipment to Summit Broadband after you cancel or downgrade your services, an unreturned equipment fee may be charged to your account. This fee will be included in your total account balance.
