Summary
If you own or control multiple Summit Broadband accounts for your residential or commercial properties, you can link them together in the My Account portal to manage them more easily through one login.
Requirements
Before you can link your accounts, you must have the following information:
- Each unique account number (an 8-digit number).
- A unique Customer PIN for each account (a 4-digit PIN).
- The account number, Customer PIN, and email address you registered for the account you want to be the master account.
NOTE: If you do not have a Customer PIN for an account, you may need to contact Summit Broadband customer support to establish one.
Steps
- Log into the customer portal using your chosen Master Account credentials.
- Click on the Accounts tab.
- Click the Link Existing Account button.
- The Link an Existing Account window opens.
Link Accounts to Your Master Account
Repeat the steps below for each account you want to link to your master account.
- Fill in the Summit Broadband Account Number.
- Add the Customer PIN Number.
- Add an Account Nickname (optional). A nickname might be Jackson St. Office or Naples Rental or any other name to easily identify the account.
- Click the Link Account button.
Changing the Master Account
If there is ever a reason you want to change the Master Account, choose the correct linked account and select the Make this my default account checkbox.
