Steps
- Click the link to navigate to myaccount.summitbb.com.
- Click Forgot your Password? below the Password box.
- In the box provided, enter the username or email address that you have always used to access your Summit Broadband online account, and click Submit.
- You will receive an email with instructions to continue resetting your password.
NOTE: Be sure to check your Spam or Junk email folder, since some email clients automatically put emails with active links in that folder.
