Summary
You can pay your Summit Broadband Bill by mail, online, or through recurring automatic payments.
Things to Remember
Your payment is due by the 20th of each month, so be sure to allow time for your check to be mailed and processed. It can take up to 10 business days for a check to arrive by the postal service. Many forms of payment actually result in a mailed paper check--be sure to allow time for processing if you use any of the following:
- Mailing a check from your home or the post office.
- The bill pay service of many financial institutions.
- Checks dropped off at a Summit Broadband store location.
- To avoid these delays, pay by phone, use the online payment option, or follow the instructions to enroll in AutoPay. See the instructions below!

Mail Your Payment
Mail your payment to the payment address on your Summit Broadband monthly statement.
Pay Online
- Find the Balance tile at the top right of the My Account portal dashboard.
- Click Pay Now.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the Current Balance in My Account reflects a near real-time balance (balances are updated every 24 hours). This includes any additional charges or credits (long-distance calls, service changes, credits to your account, etc.) that have occurred since the most recent statement. However, the statement balance (reflected on the PDF or the paper statement you receive monthly) reflects the balance on the date the statement was printed, and does not reflect any subsequent charges or credits since that date. - Select One-Time Payment.
- Select the payment method. My Portal accepts payments from bank accounts (ACH), Credit/Debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
NOTE: Cash payments cannot be processed via My Portal.
- Add your payment method details and click Submit. Note that required details vary depending on the method of payment chosen.
- Select the Payment Date.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Select a date on or before your account's payment due date to avoid incurring late fees. - Click Submit Payment.
