Will all digital televisions have a QAM tuner?
No. Although most digital televisions have a QAM tuner, not all have one. Also, some televisions may
have a locked antenna. You may contact the television manufacturer for the code. Examples are
Apex, Dynex, Element, Haier, Seiki, and Sylvania.

- If you are missing all or some channels, perform a channel scan (see steps above).
- Scans take around 30 minutes. If you are still not seeing the channels you expect once the scan is complete, please chat with us online or contact us for further assistance at 877.678.6648 Toll Free (From US Phone Numbers only).
- Channel numbers will come in as whole numbers (PSIP) with the exception of older TV tuners.
