Press any button on the remote. Does the activity light above the TiVo button on the remote yellow?
- If the activity light flashes yellow, the remote is paired with your TiVo box. You can issue voice commands and control your TiVo box even if it is not within line-of-sight.
- If the activity light on the remote flashes red, the remote is not fully paired. To pair it manually, choose the Menu icon
on the Home screen, then select Settings > Remote, CableCARD, & Devices > Remote Control Setup.
