How do I access my account online?

Summary

The Summit Broadband Customer Portal can be accessed at myaccount.summitbb.com. The portal allows you to check the status of your appointments, add services to your account, verify any scheduled appointments, and much more.

Steps

1. Go to the Summit Broadband homepage: https://summit-broadband.com/
2. Click My Account at the upper right.
   
3. The My Account login page displays.
   
4. If you are registering your online account for the first time click Don't have an account? Otherwise, skip to step 7 below.
   
5. Enter your 8-digit Summit Broadband Account Number and the 4-digit PIN you created when setting up your account.
6. Click Register. 
7. Enter your email address in the Username box, and enter your password in the Password box on the Sign In screen.
   NOTE: if you want to see the characters as you enter your password, click the eyeball icon at the right side of the Password box.
