Voicemail may be accessed from your digital phone or remotely from any other phone.
From Your Summit Broadband Home Phone
- Dial *98 and enter your PIN, followed by #.
From Another Location and Phone Number
You must dial a specific number depending on whether your residence is in Central Florida or Southwest Florida.
For Central Florida Customers
- Dial 407-996-6245 and when prompted, enter your phone number, followed immediately by #.
- When prompted, enter your PIN, followed immediately by #.
For SWFL Customers
- Dial 239-219-1098 and when prompted, enter your phone number, followed immediately by #.
- When prompted, enter your PIN, followed immediately by #.
Set up voicemail features
From your digital phone:
- Dial *98.
- Enter your pin or create a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your temporary PIN is the last six digits of your digital phone number. You will be prompted to enter and confirm a new PIN.
- During setup you will be prompted to record your name. Once recorded, your name will be played back to you to determine if you want to keep it or re-record it.
- Dial 1 to change your greeting.
- Dial # to keep your greeting.
For Central Florida Customers
From another location/phone:
- Dial 407-996-6245 and when prompted, enter your phone number, followed immediately by #.
- When prompted, enter your PIN, followed immediately by #.
For SWFL Customers
From another location/phone:
- Dial 239-219-1098 and when prompted, enter your phone number, followed immediately by #.

Voicemail Capacity
Summit Broadband Digital Phone customers have 10 megabytes (Mb) of voicemail storage capacity (approximately 85 minutes of voicemail). One the voicemail inbox is full, callers will not be able to leave messages until you delete some messages to free up capacity.
