To remove devices on the account:
- From the Settings menu, click Remove Devices.
- The customer will be prompted to enter their PIN. Enter the PIN and click Next. A page opens listing all the devices associated with the account.
- Select the device you wish to remove and press OK on the remote.
- Confirm by clicking Remove.
