We have identified an issue with Spectrum/TWC/BHN’s email servers that is impacting some Summit Broadband customers at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused you.
We are working diligently with Spectrum to resolve the issue; however, we do not have an estimated time of repair. There is nothing you need to do currently as the issue is not with your email client, Operating System configuration or Summit Broadband Internet service. In the meantime, we have identified an alternate way you can send and receive your Road Runner emails by using the Spectrum webmail portal.
To access your Spectrum/Road Runner emails, you can use the Spectrum webmail portal.
- Launch your preferred web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge/IE, Firefox, etc.).
- Navigate to the Spectrum webmail portal: https://webmail.spectrum.net/mail/. In the spaces provided, login with your Road Runner email account credentials (email address and password).
- Once logged in, you will be able to see all your incoming emails and you will be able to send emails to all of your friends and family.
NOTE: If you do not have an address book set up in the Spectrum/Road Runner email client, you may need to copy email addresses from your normal email address book and paste them to send emails, or you can export your address book (see your email client's help for details on that process).
