While logged into your watchTVeverywhere account, click on Account Management. From this page you have access to making changes such as the Email address associated with your watchTVeverywhere account, change your password, retrieve a lost password, set up other registrations (sub accounts), and view the number of registrations on your account.
Reset Your Password
- Click Forgot your password on the log in page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- You will receive an email message with a reset link in your email Inbox/Junk.
- Click on the reset link in the email message and enter your new password, then enter your new password again to confirm it before clicking Submit.
Change Your Password
- Log into the watchTVEverywhere site.
- Click Manage Account.
- Enter the email address you used to register your watchTVeverywhere account and the current password.
- Enter your new password, then enter your new password again to confirm it and click Change.
Change Username (Registered Email)
- Log into the watchTVEverywhere site.
- Click Manage Account and then click Change Email Address.
- Enter the current registered Email address and password.
- Follow the instructions on screen to change the email address.
