This article guides you through the experience of using SBB techFiX for the first time, and shows the screens you will see on your device as you set up the app after you download it.

- Launch the App. Find the SBB techFiX app icon on your Android or iOS phone.

Location Permissions. When the app is opened the first time, it will request location permissions. These permissions provide some information about surrounding WiFi networks and do not record your physical location.
Begin. Click the Begin button on this screen.
- Customer Key. Find your unique customer key. Summit Broadband agents can use this key to find network scans and images you send when you want to report issues with the WiFi Internet service on your Summit Broadband account.
