Find Unique Customer Code
Once you download the app, you are assigned a unique key that customer support representatives can use in their SBB techFiX Dashboard to find any scans and reports you have conducted and observe the state of your network at the moment the scan was completed. The unique key for your account is located in the top right corner of the screen, just below the battery life indicator.
Why this key unique? It provides the customer support representative with specific technical data about the performance of your network based on the scans you conducted with SBB techFiX. It keeps you from having to describe what you are experiencing and lets the customer support representative see exactly what performance levels your device is receiving when it is connected to your WiFi network at the time you run scans.
