NOTE: The Live Video function will only work when you are in an active interaction with a Summit Broadband TSR (Technical Support Representative).
On the main screen of the app, you will see a button called Live Video. When you tap that button it will open the Live Video screen. Press Start Live Video to notify the TSR that you wish to share Live Video. Live Video can be helpful for:
- Showing LEDs on a piece of Summit Broadband equipment.
- Showing how and where wires are connected to Summit Broadband equipment.
- Showing error messages on a screen related to your Summit Broadband services.
When the TSR accepts the Live Video request, they will be able to see the image that your phone's video camera is showing. They may ask you to show them certain cables, lights, or hardware relevant to troubleshooting your Summit Broadband services. In order to help emphasize something, they can also share their computer cursor and point out various items on the video that they may need you to manipulate or examine more closely.
