Vacation Hold is a great way to save money if you live outside the Summit Broadband service area several months of the year. Vacation Hold lets you turn down your service and pay a small monthly maintenance fee for those months you are away without the hassle of disconnecting your service when you leave and reconnecting it when you get back.
Simply Activate your Vacation Hold before you leave Florida, and then Deactivate Vacation Hold before you return to your winter or vacation home here in the Sunshine State.
Activate Vacation Hold
If you place services on vacation hold while you are away, please call us or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your departure. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours stating that your services (beyond bulk) have been put in vacation mode.
Returning from Vacation Hold
Then two weeks prior to returning next season, please call us or email email@example.com Provide your name, address/account number and return date and we will activate your services so they are waiting for you when you return. Remember, leaving your equipment plugged in while you are away helps this process work more smoothly.
